Okay. Im taking the SATS for the last time as a senior this coming saturday, and im very nervous. The last time i took it i got a 1680 which is horrible. I got 500 CR, 560 Math, 620 writing. I used the blue book. I really want a higher score in math. I did Barron's Math Workbook and some Princeton review tests, and i keep making careless mistakes. I dont know what to do. I think i freeze up on the test. There are times ive done a practice test and scored low on math-then i go back and try to solve the problems without my timer and i solve all the problems right. I'm in Calculus too, this is so bad. Can anyone give me advice what to do or what not to do. I haven't even started college apps. So lost. and my guidance department is a total screw up.

bump anyone...any advice?

i have the same problem as you although i do score a lot higher than that...the only thing keeping me from an 800/780 are careless errors. Try slowing down.

practice makes perfect! just calm down before you start the test and try to focus! and do a LOT of practice tests! this is my last time too.. im very nervous also but just work hard!
