Im starting my higher education in community college?

Well so im starting at a community college in Pennsylvania. I will have to take remedial math courses off the bat. I need to study business calc but didnt even finish algebra 2 in high school but math has always been my best subject I always got an A in math. Anyway in community college i will maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher. My goal is to get into a top 50 undergraduate economics school. Because i plan on transferring and double majoring in Economics/Computer science. My goal is to become a proprietary trader and computer science and economics are the best majors to major in for this field i got this info from people who are actually working in this feild. My problem and main concern is paying for school. Now if i go to a public university like PITT, ill be able to get an internship in economics/finance abroad for my international business certificate. Ill be able to join my favorite clubs like parkour, chess, trading, and finance clubs.. However, it wont be as prestigious as say DePaul in the center of the action Chicago. ill pretty much have to pay using loans as im not qualified for financial aid. Im also learning french in school and relearning Russian at home(language attrition) Im really stuck.. not sure what to do. I know if i save 10s of thousands in fees ill be able to invest that money in the market instead profiting in the millions in the years to come. I know what im good at and its trading. If i learn computer science/ economics or finance ill be gold.
