Getting accepted into a top 50 business school as a transfer???

Hi im starting community college in January. Im turning 20 this December. At community college i plan on maintaining a 3.5+GPA. My problem is there is no clubs of interest to me. However, my community college has a Phi Tetta Kappa chapter and i have to maintain a 3.5 for my first 12 credits and be invited into it. Im going to try my best to get into this chapter. At school i will be doing courses recommended by my top choices of transfer such as DePaul, Syracuse, Miami University or my backup plan PITT. Ill be taking french 1 and 2. Im also relearning Russian at home i am a native speaker but suffered language attrition growing up here in America. I want to transfer to a top 50 its abosoluty critical to my success in my chosen financial occupation, which is prop trading/hedge funds. Im not eligible for financial aid so my first 2 years in community college im going to get a little help from parents and pay using unsubsidized stafford loans. I am a GED student too. When i transfer i plan on paying using student loans. I also want to study abroad in Russia or France. I will probably try to complete a financial internship my senior year in university. Right now im working part time saving money for my personal trading portfolio to show interest to proprietary firms when i get out of college that way i will be able to get a position in trading. I love business and im very ambitious i just screwed around in high school. Will i be able to transfer to a good top 50 or top 40 university to major in finance? Eventually, i want to move back to Russia and work in hedge funds as a trader or investment banking.
