Hey everyone, I'm going to be visiting LC this Monday to see if Fordham's right for me. If anyone has visited in the past (or if any current students) could offer some places that I should definitely see that might not be covered on the tour or something, I'd be grateful.

Hey I visited about a month ago. I have yet to decided if I want to attend there, but I would definitely ask a lot of questions on the tour. Also, it is right next to Columbus circle and there is some great shopping there. After the tour you should walk around the campus a little more and try to see if you like it.

If you don't mind, could you take some pictures? I've never been to the campus and I've only seen the few pictures of the campus on the website.

I was REALLY let down. WAYYYYY too small. All the classes (aside from acting) are in one building!! It's not exactly "right on the park," as I was told... more like 3-4 blocks from it. And the student population is roughly 50% commuter! Bah! I'm really disappointed, I had high hopes for Fordham. So, if anything, this makes the decision process easier.

Heh - that's funny. Because I went on Sunday (no tour, though- I have to do that), knowing what you know already, and I was pleasantly surprised.

Now all I'm worried about is liking the academic setup.

Ohh bummer. I hate when high expectations let you down. I'm visiting the LC campus in two weeks...but now I'm considering Rose Hill campus. Does anyone have a preference between the two? I want a close proximity to the city, and RH's about 1/2 hr. from Manhattan.
