immigrant applicant?

UW requests transcripts from high school attended outside the U.S.
I have the original transcript and its English translation with me.
I called the UW admission office to discuss mine because it's not likely that I could get my school sent my original transcript to UW from China. And the officer there said in that case they would take my document. So I went to the admission office to meet the officer and got my transcript copied and all taken care. (They took it and had my birth date and other info. on it)

But today when I checked my status on myUW(just got the acknowledgement letter tonight), it said: transcripts: not received.

I brought mine in the UW admission office two months ago also my high school conselor sent out my high school transcript a week ago. UW should at least have received one of them.

In this case, should I give them a couple weeks or call now? I am afraid they lost my transcript that was brought into admission office since it's been two months. Any immigrant applicant here has similiar experience?

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

I would give them a friendly call and explain the situation.
