I have an uncle who graduated from Stanford about 10 years ago. He also donates to Stanford every year. Will this help me get accepted to Stanford if I already have a good gpa, good test scores, good extracurriculars, etc.?

The Dean of Admissions at Stanford has said his office considers students to be legacies only if one of their parents earned a degree from the university, with an emphasis on undergraduate degrees. However, the Stanford supplement does have an option to indicate whether if a relative other than parents went to Stanford. This suggests having an uncle is considered, but won’t give you much boost in your chance of acceptance.
