I’m not sure why, but I just started wondering what Wall Street: The Musical would sound like.

How have you not seen Wall Street? Classic! One of my favorites now. Some of the Gordan Gekko quotes in that movie are just priceless

Monkey Business is hilarious and a good read for anyone going into investment banking, but it might scare you a little bit

Liar’s Poker - yes.

How’s Boiler Room?

@venkat: i totally agree. wharton will give us the business background- it’s what we do with it that matters.

even though the moral of the movie is not to be like Gekko, you can’t deny that his style is awesome.

"You know what? **** beauty contests. Life is one *ing beauty contest after another. School, then college, then work… * that…You do what you love, and **** the rest. " - Dwayne, Little Miss Sunshine

@ChoklitRain: Yes, but his lifestyle was neither fun nor fulfilling. When his blood pressure wasn’t going through the roof, he was indulging himself in the obscenely dull intricacies of the ‘high life’. Not for me at all. If by some miracle I end up rich, I’m keeping a mental note to remain down to earth. It’s so much more entertaining.

Oh please…the Michael Douglas character was the most compelling movie persona since Michael Corleone in Godfather 2. Anybody that tells you that having money isn’t lots of fun probably doesn’t have any.

^ LOLZ, tool alert!
