<p>I have been accepted to UNC and NCSU and am planning on majoring in Biomedical Engineering then continuing on to graduate school to pursue a career in BME. The program at UNC is not accredited but it is at State. Would a non accredited degree from UNC make me less competitive when applying to grad school and then later when looking for a job?</p>
<p>It can. Some Engineering grad schools require an ABET accredited program for admission.</p>
