Importance of weighted GPA + chance me

So, my big problem is that I did the IB program and it killed my unweighted GPA, but I'm wondering what you guys think my chances are at some schools:

here are my stats:

White male from Missouri
GPA: unweighted- 3.3
GPA: weighted- 4.1
ACT: 29
Top 25% of class
ECs:
Band- 9th
Debate- 9th, 10th
Science Olympiad- 10th, 11th, 12th
Model UN- 10th, 11th, 12th
Chess Club- 9th, 10th, 11th (officer- VP during 10th)
Youth Alive (Christian/philosophy club)- 10th, 11th, 12th
SPEAR club (environmental club)- 11th
JSA(politics/current affairs club)- 10th, 11th (officer- co-president, 11th)
ran for junior class VP, lost by like 5 votes (dunno if this counts for anything lol)

anyway, realistic schools I'm looking at are:

University of Colorado in Boulder
University of Missouri in Columbia

maybe:

University of Washington
Illinois Institute of Technology

difficult schools I probably won't get into:

University of Chicago
Northwestern
Washington University in St. Louis
Vanderbilt (have legacy here)

maybe just for kicks:
Brown
Cornell

my main issue is that I'm hoping taking so many weighted courses will give me some chance in more difficult schools despite my GPA, but what do you guys think?

IMO since there are many kids out there with unweighted GPAs close to 4.0 if not 4.0 with many weighted courses its difficult to say if you will get in or not. it also depends on how you are doing compared to the rest of the kids and how rigorous your courseload is compared.

IB course load is very very difficult, harder than AP. This is why my GPA sucks so much.

bumping this thread
