<p>Alright, so my AP Comparative class got this test back on Great Britain, and an argument has started over whether or not the Magna Carta grants rights to citizens or simply just the titled nobility. I personally think the document did grant protections to all citizens of the nation, but I ask you, great scholars, your two cents on the issue. Btw, even if you believe the Magna Carta did only protect the rights of the nobility, do you think there is any way to construe facts to support that it protected citizens? (Come on, future lawyers). Any help or comments would be much appreciated.</p>
