Hello Everyone

I am currently a sophomore in high school right now and things are starting to fall apart. My freshman year I had all As and was looking toward a very bright future. Unfrtunately i fell apart and my first term (my school runs on a 4x4 block schedule) of sophomore year i got 3 Bs and 1 A. The Bs were in Physics, Pre-Calc, and AP World History. My class rank fell to 85/386. This term second term i might get another B too.

My GPA 3.83 weighted
Unweighted 3.75
College Prep: 3.5
PSAT: 145

I participate in 7 clubs and am an officer in 4 of them. I play varsity basketball and tennis as well.

Do I still have a chance at UCLA,UCB, UCSD, or UCD?

I am taking 5 APs next year too, and then 4 my senior year.

PLEASE HELP!

The average student is admitted at UCLA and UCB have an unweighted GPA of 3.87 and 3.89 respectively, so make sure you try your best to get all As your junior year. If you do, then it will show that you have improved greatly and an upward trend looks good. Keep taking challenging courses at your high school and when you take your SATs, getting a 2100 will look good for UCLA and UCB. 7 clubs seems like a lot but as long as you are showing commitment, then you’ll be OK. Relax, it is not all over.

Dude omg. Same exact thing happened to me in 10th. I had a 3.75 in freshman year. I dropped to a 3.5 in soph year. I also play varsity tennis and basketball and my PSAT score in 10th grade was also a 145 *****. Were the same person haha. Dont worry dude. everything goes smoothly as you go. Just get those SATs high up there and u shud be fine. U sound like a hardworking kid man. Just calm down. Youll do fine

What are your freaking out about? I mean seriously.
