Hey. I would really appreciate if anyone at all could give me some input: has anyone ever transferred after moving to another area after highschool? For such people, how did you go about getting your information from your highschool if there are hardcopy forms your counselor/principal must fill out? Did you mail payment for sending your transcripts? Is it appropriate if your former highschool faxes things? Did you attach anything to explain your circumstances or why things came in the way they did? Sorry for the never-ending questions but I feel really lost. If anyone could answer or PM me soon I would really appreciate the help. Thanks!

ur hs counselor/principal usually doesn't have to fill anything out. you only have to get your HS transcript sent to your transfer schools. you can do that by either calling them or even emailing them

I would just send them the forms that need to be filled out with a letter explaining your current circumstance (where you are, where you want to go, what you want to do, etc...).

My high school has transcript requests forms on their website, but they basically just ask for the address of the school and then you can send in a check with them. So I'd just send in addresses and money.
