Does Northeastern meet full demonstrated need? If so, what does “meeting full need” really mean?
Also, how early should I apply for housing options? Is it too late?

Both sets of questions can be answered on NU’s financial aid page and NU’s housing page, respectively, which can be found through Google.
Northeastern has recently begun to “meet full need”. However, like all meets full need colleges, the U determines “need” not your family. So run the NPC (net price calculator) to see your family can realistically afford their net cost. NU is one of the few meets full need colleges that does offer merit aid as well, which can be a huge benefit to families in that “donut hole” of making too much for any meaningful FA, but simply cannot afford sticker price.
