<p>Andrew, Congratulations! Every year it seems there are certain kids on CC that all the parents "adopt" as their own. You're one of those kids this year and we are all so proud of you! <p>As I browsed the Ivy acceptance threads I noticed more than a couple "accepted" (even at H) that were denied acceptance to Gtn.</p>

I, too, would love to attend Georgetown.
Interestingly enough, there are many parallels between you and me...
I'm also Korean, and I have also been dejected after reading the numerous stellar statistics of the students (couldn't resist the alliteration either).
You, however, are an inspiration.

<p>Original EFC was 12000.
Paid Deposit of 900 (reducing it down to 11100)
Governor's Scholars (reducing it down to 10100)</p>

<p>** UPDATED Scholarship:** Won, Asian Pacific Administrators Scholarship $1500 (reducing it down to 8600)</p>

<p>Slowly trying to crunch these numbers. 8600 is a far cry from 12000, however. :)</p>
