In-state student, Chances? Scholarship?

I just applied to VT a few days ago, and I'm wondering about my chances. I'm wondering what my chances of getting some scholarship money are as well, pretty doubtful I'm sure.

I am planning on majoring in Graphic Design, with Business minor. I also want to do the teacher license program (whatever it's called ... basically I also want a teaching degree).

Here are my stats:

GPA: W 4.3 / UW 4.0
SAT: CR 620, M 630, WR 710 // 1960 composite
ACT: Eng 33, Mth 27, Reading 31, Sci 24 // 29 composite

Extra-Curriculars:

/ Varsity Basketball 2 years
/ Varsity Soccer 1 year
/ Club Swimming 3 years
/ 350+ Hours of Community Service (yes I do a lot of it...)
/ Co-Founded a student organization called Faith for Freedom (that raises awareness for human trafficking - we have a 5K planned for May)
/ Yearbook Staff
/ Prom Committee
/ Taught 1st-3rd Grade Sunday School all four years of high school

I'm in-state, and I'm also dual-enrolled at NVCC so I'll have over 30 college credits by the time I graduate. I have a 3.7 GPA at the community college. I have all the required High School courses for VT and also plenty of extra curriculars.

BTW My application essays (personal statements) were pretty rockin, i must say:)

Thanks!
