In-State Tuition

<p>If you pay taxes for a beach house, can you be considered for in-state tuition for a university of that state? (I doubt this is true, but I can't find evidence otherwise)</p>

<p>No. You have to show evidence of permanent residency and that your parents intended to make that state your permanent home. If you have another residence in which you live and in which you went to high school, that’s your state of residence.</p>

<p>Theres a big difference between state property taxes and stae income taxes.</p>
