Geography: Born in Canada (Canadian citizen), both parents are Ugandan so lived in Uganda since I was 5, Mother moved to New York three years ago to work at UN headquarters. Have been attending top boarding school in England since the age of 11.</p>
<p>Have not taken any standardized tests as they are unusual in England, but took exams in the following subjects last year and came out with the following marks:
Core Science: B
Chemistry: A+
Physics: B
English Language: A+
English Literature: A
Art: B
Maths: A
French: A
History: A</p>
<p>(Hoping the fact that the English system grades much harder than the American system can be used to my advantage)</p>

<p>I plan on studying Art History or English (although my preference would be English), also considering applying to Brown or Columbia depending on my grades this year but Vassar is definitely my favorite college.</p>
<p>Some advice would really be appreciated.</p>
