Does anyone know/think visiting the campus would increase one's admissions chances? I know they say it doesn't, but who knows. Thoughts?

No. It's just an opportunity for you to know more about the school and all. Also not everybody can have the opportunity to visit the campus especially international students/

i have a small hunch it helps because it shows ur interested in the school, as every interview i had so far asked me if i visited their campus.

I don't think it does. Some people simply do not have the means to travel across the country to visit, and certainly, the adcoms can't hold the kid responsible.

What about going and staying overnight, as opposed to just going for a tour?

Yea, I don't have the means to make my way across the country to visit campus...even though I'd like to! I wonder if theres anything else an applicant could do to increase admissions chances?
