<p>@US Applicant : Sure , you can apply to any public university even if you have applied ED to any of the private universities … My Major is Computer Engineering ! … Yes of couse I am asking for an aid from Cornell … My SAT is not great but its ok … In 2100’s … ECs arent diverse but rather its focused (I would say atleast :P) … Academics : Hmm I should say good m 9.8 CGPA in 10th , 85% 11th (School grading is tough)

If you want something under 40k, then you have Gtech ( very close to 40), Penn State, Purdue, University of Colorado at Boulder, UMass Amherst, University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, University of Alberta, McGill ( the latter 4 are in Canada) and mostly all of the state universities. </p>
