Indiana Jones. . . and the Awesomest Fictional Alum Ever!

So . . . for those who think that Chicago is where Fun goes to DIE. . .

Just Remember. . .

That Indy went here :)

LOL I had my UChicago sweatshirt on last night when I saw the movie and got real excited when they mentioned it again (although it WAS mentioned in Raiders). . .

That's all. :)

cue heroic Indiana Jones music

hehehehehehe. All the men here are as good looking as Indy and are as suave with the ladies as Tucker Max.

what did you think of the movie?

It certainly wasn't any of the originals, but I had a really fun time watching it, having seen all the originals at least a dozen times apiece. . . Some of the parts I was like "are you kidding me?" with their unbelievable-ness, but it certainly felt like what I love and Harrison Ford, even though he's old, is hawt.

i was actually pleasantly surprised with most of it, but like you, there were several points where i was thiking "are you kidding me?" i mean aliens? comon. when i think of indianna jones, i dont think aliens, and quite frankly, i dont want to think of aliens. i dont think it fit in well with the whole indianna jones "feel." and then wwith the flying sauceer at the end i was like "ahhh what!!?!?!!? no! bad!" lol (sorry for the spoiler)

but yeah, overall, i thought it was pretty good

This is the reason I want to go to University of Chicago.
