<p>I just saw it and it was AWESOME!!!!!</p>
<p>It was like being 10 again. It was like eating ice cream for the first time! It was like learning what video games are.</p>

I didn't know Megatron was Optimus Prime's brother. Did I miss a episode or something? Or am i just dumb?</p>
<p>I saw this movie last night! So AWESOME! I've wanted to see it since the teaser trailer, and it outshone my already enormous expectations. ^_^</p>
<p>Megatron isn't Optimus Prime's brother...not according to the original series. Optimus Prime and Megatron don't even belong to the same "race" of robots or originate from the same plannet for that matter. </p>
<p>I have not seen the movie yet. Some of my friends did watch the movie and told me it was completely different than the original series. They thought it was very well made and quite entertaining, but they were disapointed that the movie focused more on humans and less on Transformers. The original series was all about the Transformers. Humans played a periferal role. Not so in this latest version. My friends also felt that the Decepticons were too one-dimentional. In the original series, they usually had colorful personalities. </p>
<p>Oh well, I am going to watch it in the next couple of days.</p>

<p>Even if they did change the story a lot.</p>
<p>It was the best blockbuster of the year, hands down. </p>
<p>The special effects were the most amazing spectacles in cinema, period. Nothing Star Wars ever did, or any other CGI-fest for that matter, can challenge giant robots fighting in midair or transforming on the freeway.</p>
<p>Three words: AWESOME, NO DOUBT!</p>

<p>and you're right we don't get to see a lot of humor and stupidity from starscream. lol</p>
<p>They are making a Transformer's 2 so hopefully they'll fix the problems in the first.</p>
<p>BTW the CGI was breath taking. Hopefully Halo the movie will something like that.</p>
