Indicating all extracurriculars on CommonApp or not?

If you're a person who does a lot of after-school stuff, should you list all (up to 10) of them? Although I believe I'll show interest and commitment to a few, there are a bunch of other things such as Speech, Mock Trial, and Student Council I am part of. They've definitely impacted me but only to a certain extent. Do colleges start to feel skeptical if you're the type of person that does so much? Although it doesn't seem very healthy for a teen, I can go months with 4-5 hours of sleep per day, and I even pull 2 hours-ish nights at times. However, will colleges understand that? Thanks.

Only if they matter to you and you are actually committed to them. For instance, it might not be worth it to list a club you’ve only been part of for 2 years or have only come to a few meetings. Quality over quanitity
