I'm interested in going into industrial design, but I'm confused when it comes to which programs are good.

Many art schools like RISD, SCAD, etc. have industrial design majors, but they don't seem to focus very much on math, applied science, or humanities. Their programs look to be very focused on design.

Then there are programs at schools like Georgia Tech that require you to take Calculus I and II, Physics, and don't have too many design classes at all.

What should I be looking for when looking at Industrial Design schools? Is there a list of the top schools for this major?

Please be aware that this is only one ranking system and that NO ranking system incorporates everything that is of significance to any one person. I also believe that the 2011 ratings in DI may have been released very recently.
