I recently got my bachelors in Public Administration and want to pursue a masters in Industrial Engineer....I'm not sure if this possible or would i have to get my undergrad in a related field???? any advice is greatly appreciated!

IE is a heavily quantitative field, so if you wanna get in to grad school with a non math/engineering background I’d suggest you take some high level math courses if it’s still possible through your school. Might also wanna check up with each school individually to see what the required/preferred majors are for undergrads.

you might also look into operations management. similar type of job, less quantitative and more managerial in nature.
