Hello I am currently a Junior in High School and have been looking around at schools lately. I stumbled upon Iona and started looking into it. I like the proximity to the city and the small LAC feel. I saw they are planning to drastically expand the business school as well as the arts and science facilities. I also saw the new addition of the Hynes Institute which seemed intriguing. They also seem to have a good alumni connection. As a swimmer I noticed their women swim team has the highest college GPA in the country for the fall semester and the men were eighth. Anyways I also noticed a lot of “bad” reviews and low rankings. I don’t know if this will change with the new additions to their programs in the future but I would really like some insight from people on Iona.
Side note: Other schools I am interested in are Fordham, Lehigh, and NYU.
