<p>My D applied for the Ingram but has not received notification either way. Has anyone received an e-mail stating that they are not a semifinalist? Or are they only notifying those who are semifinalists?</p>

<p>E-mails went out yesterday and part 2 phone interviews are taking place this week. I'd assume if she didn't get an e-mail, she's not a semifinalist. I'm sorry... tell her to keep applying for other scholarships though.</p>
