<p>I got an email at 10 AM today.
575 applicants, 44 semifinalists, 24 finalists.
They narrow it down to the finalist round through an interview with a graduated Ingram scholar who’s in your area. </p>

<p>I’m not sure–it’s hard to say. I think they usually email every applicant to notify them of their status.
I would wait a few days before calling to ask.</p>
<p>Has anyone else heard anything from the Ingram committee?</p>
<p>They may have just contacted me for an interview to confirm my interest because there happened to be an alumni in my area and I’ve never visited campus.</p>
<p>Some background info:
I applied RD but submitted my app in early November. ACT 32, SAT 2130 (but reallyyy low math score), 3 5’s on APs from last year, taking 3 APs this year, somewhere around 2500 service hours from a diverse assortment of events, leadership positions (mostly service leadership but also some political leadership), on local volunteer center’s advisory council, co-founded a statewide volunteer nonprofit, committee for local American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life…mostly just long-term community involvement…</p>
<p>I got an email today as well-I am a semi-finalist, but am having my interview via skype-I guess there aren’t any local alumni? I applied RD too, and am heavy in community service as well.
