Insecurities?

well dam… i am surprised you’re secure enough to type with your computer looking at you like that

it’s gotten better lol. I try to ignore it whenever they creep up on me these days. But some days it’s just… eghhh.

I hate puberty lol

My hair gets really messy and frizzy when it’s cloudy/rainy. That makes me feel ugly. I guess I just remember my dad saying something along the lines of “as long as a woman’s hair looks good, the rest doesn’t matter.”

And when I like a guy, I get more insecure about my face. It’s not like I have bad acne, I just have random scars on my face that I don’t like (which I’m sure aren’t really that noticeable to any other person) and it’s a little bit paler than it should be. So I always wear foundation/base to even out my complexion and cover up my scars. But I’m getting better about it and not wearing foundation as often now.

I feel the same way Purplicious. I’m kinda anti social, but I’m getting more social now. But I’m afraid that I’ll still die alone…:frowning:
I find it hard to trust most people because of what they’ll think of me.
Oh, and I hate my chubby cheeks and thunder thighs. I am skinny in all areas of my body except my cheeks and thighs, why is my body so disproportionate?! x(

You’re probably just pear shaped. It’s better to be a pear than an apple!

Aha, proof of the complement of the Freudian assertion

Oh life and its mysteries…

What do you mean?

I always feel like I have really crappy posture, even though I don’t. Every time I walk past a display case in the hallway, I look at my reflection to make sure I’m standing up straight.

@elau0493: wooooot. socially-untalented people. Eeeeh, at least you’re skinny in your ankles then. My legs are just thick all around, I wish I had thin calves and ankles… haha I think ‘fat’ (probably not that fat, I bet) thighs look fine

I think thicker legs on a girl look better than completely skinny legs. Of course, I’m not a guy (nor am I lesbian) so others may have differing opinions.

I have thicker legs. I think they’re pretty gross.

^^ From a guy’s P.O.V, most of us don’t really care one way or another. Huge thighs can be a problem but other than that, it doesn’t really matter.

I heard most guys look at girls’ legs first
then boobs
:open_mouth:
that’s what I read, but when I actually asked several guys, most said boobs first.
Okay, really weird bit of info.

Thanks for the opinion, Cody! :] Girls seem to care so much about the fact that their legs aren’t sticks. It seems a more common insecurity than any other body part.

Weird info? Kiddo, you really can’t give me any weird sexual information. This knowledge is good to know!

I’m sure you guys are just lovely :)

And I have the awkward runway model look going on. I’m much taller and skinnier than average…something that guys love to point out is how much they like “normal looking girls”. ugh.

And I don’t like my profile–my nose is too big =/
Man, I love being superficial…

^How awful, looking like a runway model. I’m so sorry.

Whoever told you that was either a girl or gay, because i’m pretty sure it’s straight up BS.

Not all guys are attracted to super skinny, tall girls. But America has disillusioned itself into thinking this.

@Millancad: extra emphasis on the awkward part. By no means do I mean a Victoria’s Secret Angel.

^ You are not winning this. A girl complaining about being tall and thin will get very little sympathy.
