I e-mailed my counselor yesterday, how I am able to apply for an interview online.
Later did I realize that I had to apply for an interview by November 3rd. (EA Applicant)
In fact, I made my decision to have one recently.
But I feel like it was a stupid mistake to e-mail my counselor about it, for it might show her that I'm not aware of what's going on.

Is there any way for me to still get an interview?

These people know that you are human. Send another email, mention that you noticed the deadline, apologize if it seems appropriate, and ask if they are still scheduling them. I'd be surprised if they weren't.

I actually was in the same boat as you..i didnt know that the deadline date for interviews for EA applicants was nov. 3rd, i actually emailed my counselor and called the school. Unfortunatly the school said they were completly booked and could not accomadate my interview, and my counselor said that even without the interview you r still conveying a great deal of interest with EA so it isnt as neccesary as u think it is. Hope that helps :)

THAT'S WHAT I THOUGHT!
hehs!
hehehs!
hehehehs!
thanks :)
Sadly, my counselor never responded yet to my email.

haha no problem at all....glad to help a fellow EA applicant to U of C....Hopefully we will both get in :)

All aboard

hehs503434 - that makes me feel so much better. i completely forgot the deadline and i really wanted one, but what you conveyed from your conversation with your counselor helps me feel a little less nervous.
