<p>We have looked at the instructions and can't figure this one out. Do you include an abstract with the report so that it becomes part of your 20 page limit? i.e., title page, abstract, table of contents, paper....or do you leave the abstract out since you must write one (explain report in layman's terms in 100 words) in the form?</p>

<p>Just in case anyone else has the same question. I called the Science Service and asked. The 100 word explanation in the form will serve as the abstract. A separate abstract does not have to be included in the report.</p>
