Intel

Is anyone else on this board an Intel semi-finalist?

Congrats to all :)

Congrats!! :) :) Is it a scholarship?

raises hand I just found out. I don't think I've screamed in joy that loudly before.

I believe all semifinalists get $1000 and $1000 for their school, correct me if I'm mistaken. Not a bad prize at all, I think.

Yes, it is $1000 for the student and school. I can't wait to hear about the finalists on January 26th (although I don't think I will be one heh, it was too ironic to be a semi-finalist.. yet very exciting!) Congrats to you :)

Ahhh my results weren't ready in time for the deadline! Congratulations to everyone, is anyone doing the Intel competition with the poster presentations?

What is this all about? I have never heard of it.

I've never heard of the poster presentation. Enlighten me please :)
