Interesting case - Chance for Ivies please!

Chance for places like Columbia, Yale, Princeton, and UChicago. This is actually for my sister, who is a Caucasian female and rising sophomore at a highly competitive public school. I was accepted into multiple Ivy-level schools and decided on MIT, so anyone who responds, I'll chance you back or help you out in some other way.

She's an interesting case because she's smart and hard working, but a poor standardized test-taker. I'm really wondering if she should push for better standardized test scores or whether colleges will overlook those in favor of her (impressive) schedule and extracurriculars.

3.75/4.0 UW GPA on the rise, more like 3.9 for the past couple semesters (she had a really bad freshman fall)
2 APs so far Bio - 5, World - 5
Almost full schedule of APs for her Junior and Senior years, will eventually dual enroll for Calc 2
SAT IIs Bio - 750, Math II - 680
ECs:
Internationally ranked athlete (not for a sport that is recruited, sadly)
Does adult-level volunteer work for an organization promoting education, she and two others raised $15,000 last year
1st chair player in award-winning school marching band, Assistant drum major

Thank you!

What is the Standardized Test Score in Question? I would say based on how low or how high it is there is always a possibility.

@SWeLLT Scores haven’t come in yet but from practice tests it looks like 31-32 ACT

Yeah she will be in range if she can get a 32 on the ACT similar to other applicants, but its a uproad battle for everyone.
