I was just curious to know from high scorers, when you would practice out of the blue book for example, would you expect to get every single one right, or would you still make errors? If so, which section and how many?

Still make errors--I got 2250-2270 whenever I took practice tests but got 2400 on the real thing.

I personally feel like, I am more concentrated taking a practice test, practicing with a friend/tutor, or even taking the real thing as opposed to self-studying at home. I just didn't think that sounded right

It varies from test to test really. There really is very little way to predict that you'll get a 2400 on each and every test. I got a 2400 once or twice in practice, but made a few mistakes on the test and then ended up with a 2360 (ah woe, sorry. :))

That said, don't aim for the 2400 all the time, once you've got a 2300 plus consistently, you'll be fine in the test.
