i read something about "internal competition" at my school when i apply to cornell.

if there's not that many, probably 4 (at most, as of right now i only know 1 other) from my school applying to Cornell ED. (im pretty sure..cuz only 2 people came to the Cornell info meeting at my school, but who knows!).. will my chances be higher of getting in? or does it not matter?

you're not only competing with those 4 at your school, you're competing with the 2390423048 outside of school too --;;..but i would say if you stand out A LOT from the other candidates at your school, then your chances would be slightly higher <---correct me if i'm way off ^-^

There aren't quotas for school, more for region, but if there are a lot of students from your school applying ED, then you'll have more significant internal competition IMO. (4 is not a rediculous number, they accepted ED 4/4 from a class of 268 w/ me)
