I am a transfer student waiting to hear back from CALS (biology and society) but after much thought and planning for what I want to do beyond undergrad (clinical psych) I feel that the best place for me at Cornell would be in Human Ecology as a Human Development major. If I am accepted to Cornell, how easy is it for a first semester transfer student to transfer into a different college w/in Cornell? Some of the requirements for the Biology and Society degree are actually HD classes so I would prob. take those. I have through read through the internal transfer website but I still have a few questions about the process, so I am going to call the office tomorrow. I was just hoping for another perspective from all of you. Also, if I apply as an internal transfer to Human Ecology and get "rejected", would I still have my spot in CALS?

thanks
