<p>If im in CAS and I want to internally transfer to the Tisch Film school... how hard is that?</p>
<p>I know its half academic and half portfolio and I have all of that but does anyone have actual numbers? Like percentages of how many are accepted or how many apply ?</p>

<p>I don’t have an exact answer but I know in my building (Goddard) I knew of 4 people who applied to transfer from various schools to Tisch, and all 4 got in.</p>
<p>If you are transferring into CAS, they might not let you do a second internal transfer into Tisch or just make you stay a full year in CAS before transferring for the next fall.</p>
<p>i called and they told me I could I just need to do a full year at CAS first…
Although I was only talking to a student ambassador or something like that and she seemed extremely uninformed.</p>

<p>Yes, you have to spend 1 year at your current school before transferring.</p>
