<p>I’m an international applicant (US citizen abroad) applying ED too! High five! 
I’m not sure about the acceptance rate, but it is generally known that ED does raise the acceptance rate, but only if your application is decent in Wellesley standards. Don’t ask me what that means, I actually don’t know either. I spoke with an alumna in June and she said that since the common app has taken away the chances for them to get more students to enroll after admitted since they are presented with more choices, ED definitely makes them relieved. Don’t know about your stats and jazz, but I bet they’re good, so wish you good luck!</p>
<p>I also wonder: when does the international interview request thing open? Every time I check the school site, it’s still closed, referring to the entering 11’ class.</p>
<p>The ED acceptance rate is the highest partly because most of the people who apply ED strongly believe that Wellesley is THE school for them, and often they are right. The ED applicant pool is also slightly stronger (Wellesley states that they look at ED applications with the same standard as EE/RD).</p>
<p>But, wellesley doesn’t offer FA to International students who apply ED.</p>
