International applicant, could you please chance me?

I am applying for History major. I am so nervous that they will reject me.
My current GPA is 3.57 (weighted) (out of 4)
I transferred to my current school last year from China. Our school doesn't offer many APs, but I've taken all the history courses the school could offer(AP World His, AP US His, Greece and Rome, European History, US History regular) and the hardest courses I could get in my school(AP Cal, Honor Bio, Honor English)

my Standardized Test:
SAT 1: CR 690 MA 720 Writ 670
SAT2: US His 750 Literat 650 Math 2 690

AP: World His 5

My overall academic performance weren't that great as you guys could see. I just hope that my strength in Humanitarian courses could give me a edge when competing with other students in the applicant pool.

My major extracurricular activities include:

Basketball Varsity Team, Starting Point Guard 3 years
founder and president of Rap Club, 2 years
founder and president of streetball club, 2 years ...
founder and president of SAT club, 2 years
work-out team
school newspaper
Self-composed rap songs, lyrics -making

Also, W L kept sending me a lot of emails about its Johnson Scholarship and waived my application fee. I'm not sure if that's a rare cases for some exceptional students the college identifies with or just W L is willing to profligate its money to attract as many capables as possible. The reason I'm asking this is because I don't see any advantage and singular qualities I have for receving such a generous offer and constant attention from a prestigious college like WL, except that I am an international student from China who happens to be good at social science classes.

Thanks for any comments!!
