International Business...and?

Im currently an International Business Major with a minor in Chinese (Asian Concentration). I want to double in either Finance or Management and am leaning towards Finance (I plan to get my MBA after undergrad, so i see no real need for management quite yet). Economics is a minor idea right now but I'm considering it as a double.

There are a few career paths I could see myself pursuing. I would love to work as a Stock Broker or in Investment Banking on the International venue. The other path I could see would be working for the United Nations working on helping the third world situation. Either way, Im confident with International Business. I basically want to be that guy that they send out everywhere meeting with leaders or businessmen, not the back and forth guy to one country. I hope I got my intentions across..what would be the best path for my undergrad education? I'm currently a freshman now by the way.
