International Business

I’m thinking of IU as one of my top choices for college, and my intended major is International Business (I know I would need a second major). I just wanted to hear from other people’s experience in IB at Indiana and how the program is. So if you know anyone who had IB as their major or you have, please tell me how it was!

No experience with Indiana University, but I can recommend that you consider a foreign language as a second major if studying International Business.

You probably already know this, but your second major needs to be a Kelley major. So you couldn’t just do International Business and Spanish for example. I don’t really know anything about international business at IU but would be happy to answer other, more general questions about IU/Kelley!

Univ of South Carolina.

Indiana and the University of South Carolina are actually the two colleges I am choosing between. I know how USC is in IB, but didn’t really know much about IU so I wanted to get a better understanding before making a final decision.

I’m on a MC route but have a good number of IB friends. The workshop is a pretty big deal and placements to ibanks from it seems to be really solid. Here’s a page with some more info: https://kelley.iu.edu/ibn/Members/memberViewForm_1.cfm?gradYear=2013&affType=1

Happy decision making!
