International Business

I just got accepted into the Fox school of Business for International Business. Can anyone tell me about their experience with International Business, how is it??? How is this program?

From what I know, Fox is very well regarded for IBiz. I've never been a fan of IBiz--I think it should be a minor or second major, not a principle major. But regardless, Fox is an excellent BSchool.

I'm a freshman this year, but I am in Fox for International Business. Temple is known for its business program, and for IB, it's like in the top 10 in the nation for undergrads. Since I'm just a freshy, I don't have much experience with the classes yet or anything, but I'm actually considering changing majors... and to get a degree in IB, make sure you pick a concentration within the business field like Marketing [seems to be the more popular choice].

I was surprised to see Temple in TOP TEN schools for IB ranked by USNWR. Way to go!

We've been up there for awhile I believe.

Any info about Fox especially IB major?

I dont know anything about the IB major, other than it's very well regarded. It's not really my area.

Oh well, perhaps, somebody else might have some fresh ideas. I guess schoolf of business changed a little since I graduated Temple some 25 years ago.

Well the building certainly has :)

You mean there is no Speakman Hall?

Speakman is still there (I think they're keeping the name), but we're close to opening a brand new $80,000,000 building for Fox and Tourism and Hospitality.

Curtis Hall? I hope nothing will happen to Bell Tower.

Nothing will EVER happen to the Bell Tower.

I can't remember the name of the building behind Bell Tower right across from the library, that was a place of chemistry department. I spent a few days working there as a work-study.
Now if I can only convince my D that Temple especially Fox is a good school.

There is no bigger bargain.
