Hey guys,
I know that I have been posting way too much here but I am flustered and the college wont reply so I need help.
The Certification of finances required by Tufts, do I need to send it at the same time as my CSS or will I be required to send it if I get accepted? I was thinking the latter after reading about it on the website but I am still unclear.
