International CHANCES for Cornell, Dartmouth, Penn, Yale and Wiilliams

Why not apply to McGill!

You have a good chance at Cornell, but your SAT scores are a little shaky.

thanks

im definitely applying to mcgill

can anyone tell me what a SAFE SAT score for my listed school will be?

I’m Canadi9an (international) need aid…LOL

thx!

Two things will definatly hurt:

 1. International Student
 2. Asian female

I have little doubt that the high calibur schools you are applying to get loads of US Asians, and probably a equal number of asian internationals such as from China and Korea. Thus, chances are even worse/ competition is worse when you have all these kids with high scores, perfect GPAs, and a profusion of EC’s. The generic sterotype of applicant asians is often very true (I’m asian myself :[)

Dartmouth, Yale and Upenn are risky, and nobody can judge if you can get in or not. Make a good essay to make you stand out, since ALOT of kids have your stats if not better.

sigh

before i started applying to colleges, i didn’t know i’m so…a dime a dozen LOL

I don’t think you’ll be in the international pool.. or US pool.. you’ll be in the Canadian pool.. competing against fellow Canadians.. because you’re not a US citizen but they are treating you guys need blind(canadian)

that’s what I heard

does that help?

well, it all depends on how good you are.. just apply.. 5% or 10% or 15%.. you’ll still have to apply and wait and see…
