International class of '07: Where are you applying?

I'm a Vietnamese. I'm still considering between schools. It's very hard to decide. Below is just some of the schools I have chosen:

Stanford ( I love this most, I like the activites and the friendliness of students and adcoms).
Harvard (a good schood, it has been my first choice till I heard more about Stanford)
Wesleyan (definitely most of us will apply for Freeman Scholarship, is ther anyone here receiving that scholarship? Please, please share your experience with me)
Williams College (I like this school very much, there's an adcom coming to my school, he's so friendly and interesting to talk to. That's why many of my schoolmates apply to this school:D)

Maybe ther's more, I still take time to consider. My choice is so limited because I do not have TOEFL, just 3 SAT II. Oh my God!

Why do many Americans pressume that everybody needs a scholarship to go to US schools? Isn't scholarships needed only by those who lack funds to finance his own schooling?

I'm applying to several Business Schools in the US and UK

US:
UC Berkeley-Haas (dream school and number 1 choice)
Columbia
Northwester-Kellogg (top 2 choice)
MIT-Sloan
Chicago
Stanford
Harvard (just decided lately to apply there. Now my top 3 choice)

UK:
London Business School
Oxford-Said Business School
Warwick Business School
Imperial-Tanaka Business School
Manchester Business School

Applying is very expensive

I think we can all agree that most people in the world don't have $45,000 per year freely available to spend on whatever they choose. It's safer to assume that someone needs money than it is to assume he doesn't.
