Hello to everyone!!!!
Here's an Early Action applicant from Spain!! all of you who are internationally based applicants, please post a comment as soon as you receive your decision email. Do not forget to write your nationality!!! Best of lucks to everyone!!!!

Haven’t heard anything so far. Hope it will be today.

waiting waiting…nothing here yet… when do we get the great email.

Since we haven’t received decisions now, I think they will probably send them at about 5 p.m. in the US on Dec 15th.

Scho-- do you have speicific info for dec 15, 5pm?

Not international but tomorrow looks good for an email. Letters should havebeen sent out today so anytime for the international emails.

I know that the Georgetown international emails were sent at around 5am in China (4pm in DC?) Maybe ND will be similar

HI everyone
I have a friend who was up for the QB and his admissions officer told him that the EA letters for ND would be sent out on the 15th, so they should have gone out this morning. Domestic applicants should get their decisions by later this week and Internationals should get their decisions via email by tonight.

dude areyou guys sure about internationals today?
There is no exact decision date and when I called, they said by the end of the week.

I got an e-mail that was super vague (as they seem to be) and said “you will have one or the other by the 21st.”

This is it exactly:
“The Committee on Admissions will carefully review your application
materials and send a decision to you in mid-December. Please notify us
if you have not received a decision letter by December 21.”

Then when I clarified that I live out of the country:
“It will be emailed and mailed to you. You will have one or the other by December 21st.”

That’s straight from the source.

by Dec 21
BY
anyway…

yeah… in other words, don’t start freaking out until it’s the 21st. no point in stressing about it when it’s not for sure today.

it is nonsense. I should prepare my EDII and Regular App

I think they need to hire some IT guys over in admissions who can design and implement an online application status check. Of course, given how things are going, what you’ll see online will probably be:

STATUS: Sending Letter

I understand that they want to stick to tradition, but I feel like their admissions office is living in the dark ages. They couldn’t even send the confirmation letters by email!

Is there any evidence that the e mails will be sent to international students TODAY or is it just speculation?

@aeroglisseur
I totally agree… They’re just making it inconvenient, honestly.

@anonymity: Did ND send you that email voluntarily or was it a response? Just curious since I didn’t get one lol

School didn’t send my transcript, so it was part of an e-mail notifying me that they had finally received everything.

so are they going out today, then?
