<p>I know that Penn is need-sensitive to internationals, and competition is tougher for int'l aid. I've read somewhere that around 50 internationals get admitted with finaid - does anyone know if this figure is accurate? Or does it refer to the total number of internationals with finaid, rather than just freshman? </p>

<p>I've tried to find more information on the Penn website but it's hard to find exact numbers, or even rough estimates..</p>

<p>Most of the international students I’ve met (not from Canada like me, since Canadian admission is need blind) have attended international schools and look like they’re from well-off families that can pay the full tuition. I don’t know the exact numbers but it seems like they’re in the majority.</p>
