International Finance major and Chinese language and culture minor?

Hi i am a senior in high school with a 4.2 gpa 28 ACT and top 5% of my class. I plan on attending FSU in the fall of 2014. I am currently considering my major/career plans. I would like to get into the field of business since i believe it suits my skill set well and is interesting with high earning potential.

Something that i have been thinking about lately is majoring in international finance and minor in Chinese language and culture. I think that speaking mandarin Chinese would help me set my self apart from top ivy league graduates in target schools that are recruited for jobs/internships. I do not know of any Investment banks or private equity funds that target my future school. I wanted to know your advice on the minor in Chinese, if i could get an internship down the road while i was in college in Hong Kong or china i believe that experience would set me apart. Of course grade in business classes as well as other would be the main priority. A lot of business these days is going on in china and speaking it could be an asset. Basically is minoring in Chinese redundant and not worth the time or would it help my future business career potential and open up new doors in international finance.
