<p>If you have $$ in the bank this must be certified my the bank</p>
<p>If you are getting $ from the government, you must include a letter.</p>
<p>If $4 is coming from your parents, your parents must sign</p>
<p>If you have a sponsor, the sponsor must sign.</p>
