International Interview Question.

It says on dartmouth's website that they only give out interviews to internationals "if we need further information from an applicant."

So is it a good thing that I got one? Does this raise my chances, or hurt them?

I didnt get one(yet?) Im not sure if its bad or good, neutral i guess? They just want more info, I think

have you guys gotten your login information yet from dartmouth? i’m from canada and i submitted my app right on the deadline (jan 1st i think?). thanks

I got my login information a couple of days ago. I submitted my application about 30 days ago.

im an international applicant who had submitted the supplement the day after it came out. i had my interview a week before i submitted my commonapp so i dont think the “if we need further information from an applicant.” is very true… my interviewer was pretty chilled out. we spoke mainly about the s*x life and parties and very little about academics. I think the interview is more of a means for you to get to know the college than the other way around. So dont get tense it doesnt matter.
