International Ivy League Applicant from Spain - CHANCE ME!

Hi, here are my stats:

SAT: 2100 Superscored (780 CR / 680 Math / 640 Writing) I'm taking it again on the October test date and, according to all the practice tests, I think I'll raise it to 2200.

SAT II: Will take Sat Math II, Biology and Spanish in November, predicting (700 Math / 800 Biology / 800 Spanish)

GPA: 9.4/10. In Spain, only Junior and Senior GPA are revelant in university admissions, so people usually goof off in their Freshman and Sophomore years.

Class Rank: 2/100

I'm from Spain and I go to a traditional Spanish public school. Nobody in my area is taking the SAT, much less applying for universities in the USA. Extracurriculars do not count when applying to university in Spain, they only look at your PAU scores (A standardized exam you take at the end of Senior year) and your GPA. I only realized I wanted to go to the USA in the middle of Junior Year. Anyway, on to EC's:

EC's:

Finalist in National Science and Technology Fair. I was project leader and managed a group of 3 people conducting a research project. Youngest group competing.

Finalist in National Research Project Fair. We entered the same project into this fair.

Speaker at a National Science Conference, leader of the only group to enter 2 different projects (It was hilarious running back and forth from the stands, xD!)

Winner of a national scholarship that allows 600 people from my year to stay at a Spanish university of their choice (30 per university) for 15 days and conduct research with faculty.

English as a Second Language tutor. I tutor a class of 5 for 4 hours a week.

Play Tennis and Padel Tennis, I'm not serious about it but I've won a few regional trophies.

Plan to undertake another research project this year, it will hopefully be entered into a few fairs before the application deadline. Also hoping to enter the International Biology Olympiad.

I speak both English and Spanish fluently. I'm learning French in school. Also taking most rigorous classes.

Colleges I plan to apply to:

I whittled down my list to only colleges that are need-blind regarding financial aid to internationals. If I'm not admitted to a US College, I can always fall back on a Spanish one (since they provide the formula, you know where you're getting in before you apply 98% of the time). It is my dream to go the USA, so it'd be nice if you could chance me to:

HYP

Amherst

Dartmouth

MIT

Thanks a lot! And if you have some advice for me, please share it!

MIT usually accepts applicants with SAT I Math scores in the 700s. I think, something closer to 750 in Math II. Other than that, I would say, write a good essay and pray. All these schools are a reach, even for the guys with perfect 2400s. The fact that you are so proficent in English and Spanish could help you standout. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice!

Math isn’t my strong suit, most of the material in the Math II is new to me so I’m studying from scratch. Is it frowned upon to take Math I instead of Math II? I was under the impression that Math II was the norm for top-tier colleges.

^ Math II is actually easier if you’ve learned all the material due to an much more forgiving curve.

bump, chance me please!

your 800 in SAT spanish doesn’t really stand out, because you’re spanish. try an SAT in a different language

OK, I’ll probably do chemistry instead. Which of these colleges should I apply Early Action to?
